[ How to ] Root Samsung Galaxy XCover/Rugby (GT-S5690)

Hello Dear Naijfame fans, Today I would like to drop the simple way to get your Samsung Galaxy Xcover GT-S5690 rooted.

In this simple post we will give you files created by marion808 to root Samsung Galaxy XCover (GT-S5690) Also known as Samsung Galaxy Xtreme S5690

Other method tested by matthijsz

1. Install Clockworkmod recovery using ODIN  download recovery file
2. Root the phone using this file download
3. In Recovery mode (Clockworkmod):
   
   1. Perform factory reset
   2. Wipe cache
   3. Format /system
   4. Format /data
   5. And finally install zip from SD-card
