INSUFFICIENT SYSTEM RESOURCES EXIST TO COMPLETE THE API MESSAGE AT SYSTEM STARTUP

Insufficient System Resources Exist to complete the API Message at startup is an error that can occur whenever the system is been booted, and below are some possible solution if these error occurs.

There are four steps to follow if the issue persists

Step 1:

Remove all the additional peripheral devices except mouse and keyboard.

Step 2:

Try to boot the system in safe mode

Step 3:

If you are able to boot in safe mode then try to free some disk space in “C drive” by using the disk cleanup utility.

HOW TO USE DISK CLEANUP??

To delete files using Disk Cleanup

The following procedure cleans up files associated with your user account. You can also use Disk Cleanup to clean up all the files on your computer.

1.    Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.

2.    In the Drives list, click the hard disk drive that you want to clean up, and then click OK.

3.    In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the file types that you want to delete, and then click OK.

4.    In the message that appears, click Delete files.

Step 4:

Finally, Once you perform disk cleanup try to boot the system in normal mode, you may also consider copying data from C drive to an external hard disk so that the issue doesn’t occur again.
