Apple is all set to reveal its next creation in the iPhone series on September 7. Apple has sent out a cool media invite with bokeh effect and “See you on the 7th” message giving a solid hint at iPhone 7 name and new camera features.
According to reports, Apple will announce three iPhones at its Wednesday event in San Francisco. There will be a regular iPhone 7 with a 4.7-inch display, larger iPhone 7 Plus with 5.5-inch and a pro version of iPhone 7 Plus with a dual rear camera. Apple is already preserving the design cards of iPhone series for next year when the device turns a decade old product.
With design not being a selling point anymore, Apple will be cashing in on new camera features to put the device in the hands of more users. Also, this year, Apple iPhones are expected to come with never seen before features – literally first for iPhone series.
Apple iPhone 7 is expected to launch with 32GB storage as the base model, a significant jump from the 16GB storage version. Apple is also widely to drop the 3.5mm headphone jack in favour of lightning connected earpods. The rumours also suggest Apple could announce wireless earphones named Airpods at iPhone 7 event.
According to a Chinese website, Anzuo.cn, which has had a reliable track record in the past, Apple will price iPhone 7 comparable to iPhone 6s but the storage will be doubled this time. The website also reports that there will be no 64GB variant and instead buyers will be offered an option between 32, 128 and 256GB storage models.
Apple iPhone 7, claims Anzuo.cn, will start at 5,288 Yuan, 6,088 Yuan, and 7,088 Yuan for all the three variants. Earlier some reports indicated Apple introducing iPhone 7 models with four storage options with base model getting 32GB and top-end device supporting 256GB.
We don’t have to wait very long to know Apple iPhone 7’s real price.
