Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award winner OC Ukeje leads an ensemble that includes Ini Dima Okojie, Gbenga Titiloye and Carol King in "North East."
The movie also features appearances by Saeed Funky Mallam, Belinda Yanda Agedah, Tope Sadiq, Alex Ayalogu, Alien Nation Creative and R&B singer Capital F.E.M.I.

The film tells the story of an Igbo Christian physiotherapist, who embarks on a romantic relationship with one of his patients, who is a Muslim. He faces vehement opposition on the basis of religion and tribe from her father.
"North East" is a Watts Camera Action Production, written, produced and directed by Muyiwa Aluko.
The film opened in cinemas on June 24, 2016.
